Overview
Sleeplady is a mobile product designed for nursing mothers to help keep track of their babies' activities such as sleep, feeding, diaper change, etc. This then helps parents understand their baby’s sleep, feeding, or diaper time patterns as well as help the parent plan out their routines around these patterns. Sleeplady also uses AI to send customized messages and notifications based on the metrics recorded. Approach
I collaborated with the PM and stakeholders to understand Sleeplady's requirements, breaking them into small flows with key questions on engagement, entry points, and UI samples. Competitor research helped refine interaction patterns for key features.
I structured tasks to improve recording activities across multiple touchpoints, including the homepage, calendar, and activity history. Wireframing and low-fidelity prototypes clarified user flows, leading to valuable feedback and refinements. After finalizing high-fidelity prototypes, I presented the designs to stakeholders, received positive feedback, and finalized the flow.
