Overview
Koins MFB, formerly known as Primera Bank, sought a complete redesign and rebranding of its website and loan application flows. The goal was to create a modern, user-friendly platform that simplifies loan applications and enhances the overall banking experience. The project also involved collaboration with the internal team, aligning with a broader restructuring of the organization’s workflows.
The primary objective was to design an intuitive website that reflects the new brand identity while optimizing the loan application process. This included developing a comprehensive brand guideline and transforming traditional banking forms into seamless digital flows.

Approach
I adopted a component-based design system to ensure consistency and scalability. The process began with content collaboration, working closely with the internal team to finalize website copy before design. A critical part of the redesign was rethinking loan application flows—identifying essential information, structuring user-friendly steps, and ensuring an optimal experience for applicants.
